- How big are the K-O Pill Os? Approximately 30 x 40 cm or 12 x 16 inches, and 10 cm or 4 inches thick. The size and shape is designed to fit and stay between the knees, which also improves alignment of the hips, throughout the night.
- How hard are the K-O Pill Os? The degree of soft/hardness is designed to match the stiffness of the knee. If you find that your pillow core is too hard or too soft, please let us know and we can adjust it.
- Are the K-O Pill Os washable? The pillowcases are fully washable. We would not recommend washing the pillow cores. Replacement pillow cores and pillowcases can be purchased separately..
